 Local law-enforcement officers conducted a training course in traffic stops Tuesday evening at the former National Guard armory. Taught by Tell City Patrolman Derrick Lawalin, the course was offered to new reserve officers from Perry and Spencer counties. Tell City reserve trainee Marty Jones approaches a car with Patrolwoman Heather Glenn role-playing as an agitated, verbally abusive and even gun-toting driver.
