LETTER: Perry County needs animal-control officer

I’m writing in regard to an article in the Sept. 5 issue of The Perry County News concerning an animal-control ordinance.

However this letter is not about the ordinance, I’m just expressing my opinions on some of the statements made.

First of all, Jim Carter would never purposely mislead the public concerning animal welfare. If there is confusion or misunderstanding, ask him and he will explain.
