LETTER: Let homeschooled kids join sports teams

Recently, the son of a friend of mine was denied access to our high-school sports programs because the teen is homeschooled. I feel that this is not only unfair but also possibly unconstitutional. It is the law in 10 states that the home-schooled be permitted to participate in public school sports.
