LETTER: Humane Society collecting used doghouses

The Humane Society of Perry County is asking for the community’s help to donate used doghouses to those in need.

Each December, the society tries to provide doghouses, but the need is always greater than the supply. We have been fortunate to have a woodcrafter donate time and skill for this endeavor so we can make new houses if possible.

To donate used doghouses, please contact me at 836-4842. You can also make monetary donations by mailing them to P.O. Box 21, Tell City, IN 47586.
