LETTER: County faces immunization challenges

The state decision to no longer provide free immunizations for patients with health insurance coverage is going to be a large challenge for Perry County.

The board of health has been the only county provider for many years. Their excellent immunization record speaks for itself. In 2010 a total of 9,406 shots were administered to 3,721 patients.
