LETTER: Council members listening to the vast majority of people against animal-control ordinance

This letter is being written in response to last week’s letter written by Blanche Carter, the wife of Jim Carter, president of the Humane Society of Perry County.

We are not political people either, but we feel very strongly about the animal-control ordinance, also.

She published the names of three council members and then asked, “Are they truly representing the people of Perry County?”
