The Tell City Kiwanis Club would like to thank the many donors to the Kiwanis Christmas Basket Program this year. Your donations, totaling $15,736, helped make Christmas brighter for hundreds of families.
Tell City Kiwanians provided 319 food baskets to families in Tell City, Cannelton, Troy and some rural areas while our partners at Perry Central Outreach provided 52 baskets at Perry Central with help from Tell City Kiwanis.

Thanks to Domtar for the donation of the paper for the mailing and to United Way for the copying and folding of all letters; Perry County News for the labels for bulk mailing; and to the ladies and gentlemen of RSVP and to the Tell City and Perry Central Key Clubbers who stuffed all 7,800 plus letters that were mailed out.
We would also like to note that the following grocery stores who provided the food baskets for our give away: Noble’s IGA, Wal-Mart, Cash Savers and Mick’s Market.
Again, we thank the Perry County community for providing a good meal for so many families at Christmas.
