Junior Women geranium sales under way

Tell City– Perry County Junior Women have kicked off their annual geranium sales, the organization’s major fundraiser for the year, with orders being taken until April 19.
The flowers will be delivered to each purchaser’s home or place of business April 25-29.
The 4-inch potted plants are available in dark-deep red, traditional-bright red, salmon, white, pink splash (soft pink with dark pink centers), deep pink, hot pink and violet (deep-hot pink) and are $3.25 per pot.
The hanging baskets are $15 and are available in white (hint of pink in the center), double red (dark-deep red), Scarlet Fire (bright red), Black Magic (dark purple), lavender (dark-hot pink), Pink Blizzard (bright-hot pink) and Blue Blizzard (dark pink). The geraniums are grown locally by VIP Foliage.
Plants can be ordered through any Perry County Junior Women member, or by calling geranium chairwoman Emily Winter at 608-0696 or by sending an e-mail to legacyfin09@yahoo. com. Proceeds from the sale will be used to promote charitable endeavors in the Perry County area.
