TELL CITY - Tell City High School Music Director Barry Reasoner was surprised to learn his students earned an additional award atop the gold rating they achieved at an Indiana State School Music Association concert-band competition last month.

As The News reported April 24, one judge called the young performers' effort "the most musical performance of the weekend so far."
