DUBOIS—Northeast Dubois scored a run in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat Perry Central 7-6 in the first round of the Northeast Dubois baseball classic Saturday.
Perry Central scored three runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game 6-6.
But in the bottom of the seventh the Jeeps got a leadoff single. An error on a sacrifice bunt and an intentional walk to Cameron Riecker, who had hit two home runs in the game, loaded the bases.
The next batter singled home the winning run.
