TELL CITY – Although a groundbreaking is probably at least three months off, interest in a new Seventh Street housing project in Tell City is growing, city officials said last week.

The 84,000-square-foot River Pointe will consist of 40 affordable senior-living apartments on the west side of Seventh Street for tenants age 55 and older. There will also be 10 condominiums that will be offered at market rates to the public for sale or rent, depending on the interest.
