Inspector issues six city permits

TELL CITY - Building Inspector Bob Young issued permits for a new home, five electrical upgrades and 10 miscellaneous projects in March. The new-home permit for 1903 14th St. was issued to Joe Glenn for a project valued at $63,000. The electrical upgrades totaled $5,300 with other permits totaling $135,300.

Young's office collected $630 in fees in March.

During the month, he also fielded six reports of trash and junk and has received several others so far in April.
