Informative Medicare seminar today in Tell City

TELL CITY – Catholic Charities in Tell City will host an information session on Medicare Part D coverage from 1 to 3 p.m. today at the Catholic Charities office, 802 Ninth Street.
An options counselor from SWIRCA & More will be available to answer questions and assist those needing help to choose a Part D plan for their Medicare coverage. This is not a sales presentation.
Plan costs and coverage change each year, so all people with Medicare should check to make sure their plan still meets their needs and budget.
There may be a Medicare health or drug plan available with better coverage or a lower deductible in 2011.
New benefits are available in 2011 including free annual wellness check ups, health screenings and 50-percent discounts on brand-name drugs in the coverage gap.
