PERRY COUNTY - With hay stocks at critical lows due to a spring freeze and summer drought, the Perry County Humane Society has located hay that can be purchased by residents who need to feed their horses and other livestock through the winter. The hay is located near Irvington, Ky. For more information, call Jim Carter, president of the county's Humane Society chapter, at 836-4138.
