TELL CITY - The needs of patients will always come first under a standards-of-behavior plan approved Thursday by Perry County Memorial Hospital's board of trustees.

The work of several hospital staff members, the plan spells out the hospital's expectations of its employees in interacting with patients and the respect, privacy and safety due them, their loved ones and visitors to the county health-care facility.
