The Perry County Museum board of trustees held their April meeting at the historic Nester House in Troy. Built in 1841, the sandstone building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
It was once a grocery and a series of hotels including the Nester Hotel, Union Hotel, and Riverfront Hotel. The 173 year old building is now called Riverplace and is the home of Dan and Jane Hayden.
