Hayes leads Tell City past Vikings

TELL CITY—McKenzie Hayes scored 15 points in the fourth quarter as Tell City defeated North Posey 39-32 in PAC girls basketball Saturday.
Tell City led 22-19 entering the final quarter but worked the ball inside to the 6-foot Hayes consistently that period.
Hayes made two field goals and 11 of 12 free throws in the period as she finished with 24 points.
For the game she hit 6 of 8 from the field and 12 of 14 free throws.
