HAWESVILLE, Ky. – Rodney Perkins has been promoted to market president for Hancock Bank and Trust’s Hancock and Breckinridge County markets. Perkins, an employee of Hancock Bank’s Hawesville offices, has been with the bank since 1996 and served in various capacities.
“We are pleased to have a person with more than 40 years’ experience in the financial industry who understands our markets, employees and our customers’ needs,” said Danny Coffey, chief executive officer.
Perkins is a native of Henderson County, and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Dela-ware, American Management Association Management Course and Leadership Perry County. He has been actively involved in civic organizations in both Hancock County and Perry County.
He and his wife, Jane, have lived in Hancock County since 1986. Jane is retired from teaching in the Hancock County School System.
They have one son, John and a daughter-in-law, Amanda, who reside in Katy, Texas.
