Free PCMH screenings

TELL CITY – Perry County Memorial Hospital offers free blood-pressure, glucose (sugar) and total-cholesterol screenings. This is a free community service offered at two different locations every month.
A registered nurse will be at Bandon Tavern from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday and at Stein’s Garage in Lamar from 8 to 10 a.m. March 21.
Anyone who wishes to participate in the testing is asked to fast for two hours; an eight-hour fast is preferred. Those testing may drink water and take medications. No reservations are required. For more information, contact Caryn Weiss at 547-0125 or send e-mail to cweisss@pchospital.org.
