Andy Basher, an Owensboro singer-songwriter, will be performing at Eagle’s Bluff. Basher sings rock-n-roll, country, and a little bluegrass. Concessions will not be available, so the public is invited to bring coolers / picnics. Alcohol is not allowed in the park.
