Food drive will benefit hungry residents

The Perry County Food Pantry Coalition would like to thank everyone who contributed to recent food drives. St. Paul Catholic Church donated 563 pounds, Southern Indiana Power donated 497 pounds and the Election Day food drive brought in 741 pounds of food, bringing the grand total to 1,801 pounds.
The following food pantries make up the Food Pantry Coalition: Widows Barrel, Council of Agencies, Community Adventists, all in Tell City, Martin’s Cloak in Siberia and Jasper’s Food Pantry in Cannelton.
