Molly Foerster of Evanston and Jason Oliver of Jacksonville, Ill., were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony Saturday, May 12, 2012, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Evanston.
The bride is the daughter of Darryl and Diana Foerster of Evanston. Mr. Oliver is the son of Wayne and Sheila Oliver of Elizabethton, Tenn.
The bride was given in marriage by her father in the double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Michael Mueller.
Heather Boehm of Evanston, cousin of the bride, was chosen as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Horton of Elizabethton, sister of the groom; Hannah Martin of Lamar; Michelle Wilson of Dale and Nicole Sendelweck of Jasper, cousin of the bride.
Keyanna Horton, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.
Dwight Shaffer of Mount Juliet, Tenn., cousin of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Andrew O’Diam of South Vienna, Ohio; Avery Gengelbach of Crothersville, cousin of the bride and Lee Boehm of Jasper, cousin of the bride.
Readers at the ceremony were Lindsey Gengelbach and Ashley Gengelbach, cousins of the bride.
Organist was Sarah Sergesketter, cousin of the bride, and special music was provided by Linda Gengelbach, aunt of the bride.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Fulda Sportsman Club in Fulda.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Jason Oliver honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica and will reside in Jacksonville.
The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from Oakland City University.
Mr. Oliver is a graduate of Purdue University with a master of science degree. He is a training coordinator at Diversified Crop Insurance.
