Firehouse renovation under way

TELL CITY - Fire Chief Greg Linne updated the works board last week on ongoing renovation work at Tell City's fire station at 12th and Mozart streets. The works board learned last month that a donation of approximately $8,000 was offered to the department for converting interior space into a kitchen and meeting area.

The project includes a range, refrigerator and ice-maker.
