CANNELTON – A Cannelton dentist arrested Nov. 6 after allegedly pointing a handgun at several children who pounded on his door and then fled was released from jail last week and faces only two of the 18 charges originally leveled against him.
Formal criminal charges were filed Thursday against Dr. Joseph P. Walker, 55, of 8 Pleasant Valley. He faces a Class D felony charge of pointing a firearm and a Class A misdemeanor count of carrying a handgun without a license.
