Fame induction will be star-filled event

When Wes Davis, Pat Malone and Dave Schank are inducted into Tell City High School’s Athletic Hall of Fame Friday, they won’t be the only former star athletes in attendance.
As I said in an earlier column, it would be nice if some of the baseball players who helped the Marksmen win a conference title last spring could attend. But the four seniors from that team are all playing college baseball and have already started spring practice, so it’s unlikely they will be able to make it to the 4:30 p.m. induction ceremony.
