Etienne offers tips for having land surveyed

Editor's Note: Perry County Surveyor Glenn Etienne met recently with The News and reflected on his first full year in office. One issue he often addresses with residents is surveying of property. He offers the following advice for those interested in hiring a surveyor.

PERRY COUNTY — There are several factors that should be taken into consideration when choosing a land surveyor.

1. Make sure the person has a valid Indiana surveyor's license number.
