Derby Fall Fest line-up announced to public

DERBY – The line up of events for the Oct. 6 Derby Fall Fest has been released.
At 7:15 a.m. registration will begin for a 5K run-walk sponsored by Perry County Parks and Recreation Department. The run-walk will start at 8 a.m. and there will be T-shirts and prizes for all ages.
A fishing derby at Rainbow Pay Lake will start at 8:30 a.m. It will be for ages 15 and under. Beginning at 11 a.m. and running until 3 p.m., visitors will be able to partake in food and drink booths.
The Ohio Valley Tractor Association will sponsor a Kiddie Peddle Tractor race from 1 to 3 p.m. The races are free to enter and tractors will be provided to participating children. The association will also have an antique tractor display.
Flea market booth will also be set up. Anyone wishing to set up a booth at the fest are asked to contact Mary Holland at 836-4403 or send e-mail to derbyassociation@gmail.com.
