Davis elected Key Club lieutenant governor for Lincoln Division

PERRY COUNTY – Emily Davis, daughter of Tim and Darlene Davis and a junior at Perry Central High School, was elected Lincoln Division lieutenant governor of the Indiana District Key Club.

She was sworn into her position April 6 in Indianapolis at the 62nd annual Indiana District Key Club Convention.

Emily is the first lieutenant governor from Perry Central.

Her one-year term will consist of being responsible for seven different key clubs in southern Indiana, communicating regularly with everyone in the Kiwanis family and serving others.

Aside from her activities in the Key Club, she is also involved in Students Taking Action, Not Drugs; student council, 4-H, junior leaders, International Club, art club, her school’s spell-bowl team, fine arts academic team, cheerleading and the St. Isidore Catholic Church Youth Group.
