Council approves rezoning for storage units

TELL CITY – Votes by the Tell City Common Council last Monday clear the way for a local couple to develop a storage unit complex along Dauby Lane.

Developers Lauren and Philip Hartz had already received favorable recommendations from the city’s technical advisory committee and the Tell City Plan Commission for the project, which will include more than 100 storage units.
