Construction progressing at park

CANNELTON - "The Eagles Bluff project is well under way," Perry County Recreation Director Dan Adams told the county parks and recreation board April 9 about the construction of a restroom building-visitors center at the park overlooking the Ohio River.

At the board's last meeting Feb. 27, Adams had mentioned some changes the contractor wanted to make in the project's specifications.
