TELL CITY—James Rogier shot a 9-over-par 44 to lead Perry Central past Crawford County 189-201 in boys golf Tuesday.

Tell City hosted the meet and had the match medalist, Damian Harney with a 43. But the Marksmen did not have a team score because they had only three healthy players available.
Besides Rogier, Perry Central scorers were Trevor Carter with 45, Nathan Bashor 49, and Nick Edwards 51.
Nic Pierrard was the Commodores’ fifth man, shooting 53.
“We’re just playing so-so,” said Perry Central Coach Bill Dickerson. “I don’t think we’ve had any match all year where everybody played really well.”
Besides Harney, Mason Waninger shot 45 and Grant Bolin 46 for Tell City.
Tell City also did not have a team score in the PAC tourney at Christmas Lake Saturday and had no one make all-conference.
Waninger shot 93, Harney 94, and Bolin 100.
Heritage Hills shot 317 to win the 18-hole tourney for the fifth year in a row.
