Commodores’ inside game downs Orleans

ORLEANS—Ashley Graves shook off some foul trouble to score 23 points as Perry Central beat Orleans 54-32 in PLAC girls basketball Thursday.
Perry Central jumped to a 28-14 lead, but Coach Bill Dickerson then sat Graves and Edwards out for the closing minutes of the second quarter because each had two fouls.
Orleans then scored the last seven points of the half and the first two of the third quarter to cut the gap to 28-23. Then Graves picked up her third foul.
