Recently our vice president and then our president publicly announced they personally are supportive of gay marriage in the United States.

At first I was upset that our country’s leadership would go on record with this stance. But I knew in my heart that it was just a matter of time before one of our presidents did so. This issue has been building to this point, just like other moral issues have reached a similar point in the past.
