City honors local 21st Century Scholar students

TELL CITY – Indiana started the Twenty-first Century Scholars program in 1990 to ensure that every student can afford a college education. Income-eligible seventh and eighth graders who enroll in the program and fulfill a pledge of good citizenship are guaranteed the cost of four years of college tuition at any participating public college or university in Indiana.
