TELL CITY – A Perry County man whose Tell City Cinemas has faced picketing after his second arrest on sex charges is now facing two civil complaints and could soon be evicted from the business.

William J. Lillpop and Tell City Cinemas Inc. is being sued by the city of Tell City through its revolving loan fund. Lillpop borrowed $150,000 in early 2014 to purchase digital projection equipment.
