Final Monte Cassino pilgrimage Sunday
ST. MEINRAD – Saint Meinrad Archabbey’s pilgrimages to honor the Blessed Mother at the Monte Cassino Shrine will conclude Sunday.
The pilgrimages begin with an opening hymn and a short sermon, followed by a rosary procession.
The service ends with the Lit-any of the Blessed Virgin and a hymn. The final speaker and topic Sunday will be Brother Anushka Fonseka OSB, “Mary: A Perfect Response to God’s Invitation.”
Services begin at 2 p.m. The public is invited. The Monte Cassino Shrine is one mile east of the archabbey on Indiana 62 in St. Meinrad. For more information, call Mary Jeanne Schumacher at 357-6501.

Apostolic worship at Life Tabernacle
TELL CITY – The community is invited to attend apostolic worship services at Life Tabernancle Church, 402 Ninth St., in Tell City. The services will be at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Arlie Brock of Tell City. For more information, call 547-5727.

Little Pigeon to host gospel sing Saturday
LAMAR – Little Pigeon Baptist Church, located two-tenths of a mile east of Highway 231 on 1250 N., will host a gospel sing Saturday.
Refreshments will be served at 6 p.m. and the singing will begin at 7. Guest singers will be Grace Harmony. All are welcome to attend.

United Pentecostal pastoral anniversary, homecoming plans
BRISTOW – The United Pentecostal Church, 20843 Indiana 145 in Bristow, will host its 59th homecoming and 19th pastoral anniversary celebrations June 10 at the church.
Special guest speaker for the event will be David Bernard, general superintendent at UPCI in Hazelwood, Mo.
Sunday school will begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by a potluck dinner at noon. Service and special singing will follow dinner.

Deer Creek Baptist activities
TELL CITY – Several activities have been planned at Deer Creek Baptist Church for the summer.
The church’s Talk-Pray-Walk will continue at 7:15 p.m. June 3 at Sunset Park in Tell City. All are welcome to join.
Vacation Bible school is planned for June 24 – 29 with the theme “Trust God!” Children will participate in crafts, games, snacks, music and more while learning about God’s love and how to trust him in all they do.
Homecoming services for Deer Creek will be held July 29 with special music by The Conquerors Quartet. All are invited to attend.
