CHS to host Holocaust remembrance event

CANNELTON – The freshmen English and world history classes of Cannelton High School invite the Perry County community to “A Holocaust Day of Remembrance, as part of the National Days of Remembrance.”
“Justice and Accountability in the Face of Genocide: What Have We Learned?” will be presented in the Cannelton Community Center at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 3 as part of the event. The community is invited to attend and remember the victims, survivors and liberators of The Holocaust, and work to stop the ongoing threat of genocide in the world.
