Celebrating 10 years at the library . . .
The Tell City branch of the Perry County Public Library celebrated the 10th anniversary of the building Saturday with games, prizes, food and a walking-history tour through the library for patrons and community residents. Past directors and Mayor Barbara Ewing were among the special guests who attended the event.
