Cannelton’s offense should be improved

-A A +A
By Larry Goffinet

CANNELTON—Cannelton’s boys basketball team won’t be quite as quick as last year but should have better shooting and more size and versatility, said Coach Brian Garrett.

Last year 6-foot-3 Chase Gerber was the Bulldogs’ only varsity player over 6-foot-1.

This year they have 6-foot-5 senior Bobby Roberts and 6-3 junior T.J. James among their top seven players.

That doesn’t necessarily mean both will start all the time, as Garrett said his lineup will vary depending on the opponent and who’s been playing well in practice.
