Cannelton students explore Vastwood during hike

Cannelton City Schools’ Healthy Minds-Healthy Bodies After School Program participants recently went on a hike at Vastwood Park in Hawesville, Ky., as a part of their weekly “Power Hour” program to encourage exercise. The Healthy Minds-Healthy Bodies program is for students in third through sixth grades and is sponsored through a grant form the Perry County Substance Abuse Committee.
