Cannelton readers treated to pizza

A number of Cannelton students were honored with a pizza party with Elementary Principal Roger Fisher recently. The students earned the party after achieving or surpassing their Accelerated Reader goals.

Students were also given “superstar reader” bookmarks. Pictured in no particular order with Fisher are second-graders Jon Blunk, Kendall Hale, Landin Northen, Cody Kemp, Gavin Melton and Kameah Warren. Third-graders pictured are Damien Bell, Logan Bishop, Naomi Flint and Jhett Garrett. Fourth-graders are Belle Ball, Jag Gullick and Lori Northern. Fifth-graders are Cassie Bishop, Rafe Garrett, Anjelique Ruybal, Madison Huff and Greg Sinnett. Absent from the picture is Kestin Ryan.
