Cannelton Elementary announces supply list

CANNELTON — Cannelton Elementary School class supply lists for preschool through fifth grade has been announced.
Pre-kindergarten: one backpack-large enough to hold folders, no wheels; one blanket and one mat or two blankets for quiet-time; one large box of family-sized tissues; one box of eight Crayola markers; one box of quart or gallon baggies; Expo brand only-four pack of dry erase markers; any size tip. Please get only the items on the list-all other items will be provided.
Kindergarten: two boxes of tissues; two rolls paper towels; one-two pocket style pocket folder; one book bag; one box Crayola markers-eight count; four glue sticks; one school box for supplies; one box Crayola crayons-24 count; one set of washable paints; one-1 inch hardback three-ring binder with spine; one pack of Expo brand only dry erase markers; one pair of Fiskars scissors for kids; one box of quart or gallon baggies.
First grade: one box Crayola crayons-24 count; one pair Fiskars scissors for kids; two-1 inch three ring binders; one roll of paper towels; two notebooks for journal writing-70 pages; five No. 2 pencils; three large box of tissues; one school box for supplies or zipper bag; one backpack, two pink erasers; one tube of disinfecting wipes.
Second grade: one backpack; one zipper bag; 10 mechanical pencils; two pink eraser; one 24 box of Crayola crayons; one pair Fiskars scissors; three pocket folders; two box of tissues; one pack of Expo brand only dry erase markers, fine point not broad; one 1-inch three ring hardback binder; one package loose leaf, wide rule paper; one tube of disinfecting wipes; one box of quart size baggies; two packs of index cards. Students are not allowed trapper keepers.
Third grade: one backpack, no wheels; 48 pencils; one box 24 crayons; two packs of pencil top erasers; one pair scissors; one ruler with inches and metric, two packs loose-leaf notebook paper; one roll paper towels; two packs Expo brand dry erase markers, assorted colors-fine point; 10 two pocket folders; two boxes tissues; one art zipper bag - no box; two spiral notebooks; one pack 3-inch by 5-inch index cards; one 2-inch three ring binder, no Trapper keepers; one tube of disinfecting wipes. Boys are asked to take one pack of construction paper, assorted colors and girls are asked to have one 12 ounce bottle of sanitizer.
Fourth grade: two pink erasers; four-two pocket folders with prongs; four packages loose-leaf paper; 20 pencils-may be mechanical; one grading pen or pencil, red, green or blue; one pack Expo brand fine point dry erase markers, assorted colors; one box 24 crayons; three large boxes of tissues; one pencil bag; one pack of No. 2 pencils; one tube of disinfecting wipes. Students are not allowed trapper keepers.
Fifth grade: 10 pencils, no mechanical pencils; art box or zipper bag; one spiral notebook; two packages loose-leaf wide rule, not college rule paper; two pink erasers and pencil-top erasers; four pocket folders; one 24 box crayons; two glue sticks; two large boxes Kleenexes; one roll paper towels; one protractor; one three-ring binder with dividers; one 2-inch three-ring binder, no Trapper keepers; one tube of disinfecting wipes.
