Kimberly Butler of Ola-the, Kan., and Ryan McDan-iel of Merrillville were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony held Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Lifeway Baptist Church in Ellettsville.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Janet Butler of Olathe. Mr. McDaniel is the son of Stan and Kathy McDaniel of Bloomington.
The bride was given in marriage by her father during the double-ring ceremony officiated by Scott Gray.
Rachel Butler of Memphis, Tenn., sister of the bride, was chosen as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Lang, sister of the groom; Chrisney Sigstad, sister of the groom; Stephanie McDaniel, sister of the groom; Beth Bolton and Jessica Faulds.
Lilly Olson served as flower girl and Jordan Bachman was the ringbearer.
Rick Sparks of Crown Point was chosen as best man. Groomsmen were Steve Lang, brother-in-law of the groom; John Sigstad, brother-in-law of the groom; Josh Bryan; Kasey Drury; Zach Jefferson and Tyler Derenzey.
Organist was Jamie Dixon. Special music was provided by Scott Bulter and Tony and Angela Brown.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Lifeway Baptist Church.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Ryan McDaniel honeymooned in Florida and reside in Olathe.
The couple are graduates of Hyles-Anderson College, Mr. McDaniel with a master’s degree.
The bride works as a nanny and Mr. McDaniel is an assistant pastor at Elm Grove Baptist Church in Bonner Springs, Kan., and works for Dayton Freight.
