BREAKING NEWS - Overlook park project suffers second setback

TELL CITY - The Indiana Department of Transportation received no bids below the engineer's estimate for a restroom facility at Eagles Bluff Park, an INDOT spokeswoman said Thursday morning. The project will have to go back to county officials for a decision on whether to cut costs more than they have been, seek additional funding or cancel the project, she said.
