OLLIE is a little 8-month-old black and white Shih Tzu mix puppy that is looking for a stable, loving home.

He was surrendered by his owners because of a family member’s allergies.

Like all puppies, Ollie has a lot of youthful energy and is still learning the ropes.

Ollie is in a foster home receiving daily care and guidance.

His foster family reports he is good with kids, dogs and cats and loves to play tug and fetch.

DAPHNE is a 1-year-old black and white female lab mix who is full of life and affection. She gets along great with other animals and kids because of her breed and young age, Daphne would be happiest in a home where she would get plenty of attention and daily exercise.

Daphne is an unclaimed stray who has been overlooked and waiting patiently at the shelter since the fall of 2013.

Daphne’s adoption fee of $100 includes a spay, all vaccines, heartworm test and flea, tick and heartworm preventive.

HARVEY is a 3-year-old Dachshund that was surrendered after his owner fell onto hard times.

He is neutered, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations and has been given flea, tick, heartworm preventative and dewormer.

Harvey is a red and black male that is friendly, spunky and playful.

ZANDER is a 1-year-old little Yorkie-pug that shelter staff say is a true bundle of joy.

He is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccines. Zander is a small dog, weighing only 12 pounds.

But don’t let his small size fool you – this little guy is big on personality.
Zander is great with children and gets along well with other animals.

HADLEY is a 1-year-old female calico who prefers a home without other cats, but will tolerate dogs once she has time to warm up to them.

Hadley is up-to-date on her vaccinations and is spayed. She is a sweet girl who enjoys being around people where she can be the center of attention. She has been patiently waiting since last summer for someone to adopt her.

RUSTY is an approximately 3-year-old male pug-beagle mix, also known as a designer-breed “puggle.” He was brought to the shelter after being rescued from an abandoned home.

Shelter staff say Rusty is very friendly, great with other dogs, kids and even cats. He is a small dog. If you would like meet Rusty and would like to give him the stable, forever home he deserves, contact the PCAS.

ANNIE is a young English Red Tick Coonhound that has been patiently waiting for someone to adopt her. She is spayed, is heartworm negative and up-to-date on all of her shots.

Annie loves kids and other dogs. She is energetic and loves attention. She has treed a few cats but doesn’t appear to want to hurt them.
Annie has been an outside dog so may require some time and house-training to adjust to being an inside dog.

She does not do well in the confinement of a kennel or crate. Shelter staff believe Annie to be about a year or two old.
