Benefit set for Saturday

DOOLITTLE MILLS – A benefit for 19-year-old Christ Schwartz will begin at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bethel Christian Church, 28110 Okalona Road in English.
Schwartz is a senior at Crawford County Junior-Senior High School and is the son of David Schwartz and the late Emmie Schwartz. He has been diagnosed with lymphoma.
The event will kick off with a free-will donation meal. Carry-outs will be available. A hymn sing will follow at 6 p.m.
