Band boosters seek auction items, sell fruit

TELL CITY – The Tell City High School Band Boosters are accepting donations for their annual fundraising auction set for Feb. 16.

Boosters are contacting area businesses seeking donated items for the auction and would welcome donations from the public such as gently used furniture, appliances, household items and large items such as a vehicle, including a recreational vehicle.

Large donations to the nonprofit organization could be tax-deductible.

Anyone who has items to donate should call Selina Sims, auction chairwoman, at 719-7232.
