Al and Kathleen Hauenstein celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary May 20, 2011, with a celebration hosted by their children at Lynn’s Paradise Café in Louisville, Ky.
Mr. Hauenstein married the former Kathleen Snyder May 20, 1951, at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Tell City.
They are the parents of Carol Henke of Greenwood, Jan Hauenstein of Scottsdale, Ariz., David Hauenstein of Elizabethtown, Ky., Nena Manci of Franklin, Tenn., Sarah Manci of New Bremen, Ohio, and John Hauenstein of Tell City.
Their grandchildren are Ryan Hauenstein, Andrew Manci, Lisa Manci, Erika Hauenstein, Audra Manci, Samantha Manci, Alyssa Henke and the late Tori Hauenstein.
